Fermented with real apples, Somersby Apple Cider is made without any artificial sweeteners, colours or flavours. Our chefs have been inspired, using fresh apples for the themed afternoon tea, with highlights including Granny Smith Turkey Croissant, Duck Liver Mousse with Apple Chutney and Nuts, Apple and Calamansi Cheesecake and Apple and Blueberry Vanilla Éclair.
For Duck Liver Mousse with Apple Chutney and Nuts, refreshing apple chutney is balanced with duck liver, with nuts adding an extra crunch. Our pastry chefs hand-make both the apple jam and apple cream for our Apple and Calamansi Cheesecake and Apple and Blueberry Vanilla Éclair, while other sweet desserts include Exotic Chocolate Cake, Raspberry Macaron and Raisin Scone with Jam and Clotted Cream.
Savoury favourites include Smoked Salmon Tart, Mushroom Bruschetta with Brie and Truffle, Bacon and Egg Quiche, all perfect to pamper your appetite.
The Somersby Apple Garden Afternoon Tea is available at Three on Canton or Be on Canton’s alfresco terrace, between 3pm and 5pm daily, from 2 August 2021 to 31 January 2022. Priced at HK$568* for two or HK$388* for one, it comes with your choice of Somersby Apple Cider, Somersby Cocktails including Somersby Liquid Sunshine and Somersby Apple Mojito, coffee or tea. Guest will also be offered a complimentary bottle of Somersby Apple Cider to take home, while stock lasts.
