With a diverse range of mouthwatering dishes ranging from succulent seafood to delightful sweets, Three on Canton promises an unparalleled dining experience that caters to the discerning tastes of all our esteemed guests.

Abalone and Crab Dinner Buffet
Starting from 4 January 2024, seafood enthusiasts will be treated to the ultimate feast with the Abalone and Crab Dinner Buffet. Indulge in an irresistible assortment of seafood delicacies, including succulent Boston lobsters, flavourful Alaskan crabs, delectable snow crab legs, plump mussels and more. Guests can also enjoy the zesty lemon abalone tart and the refreshing crab meat with avocado, mango and papaya salad. Other savoury highlights include the baked abalone on shell with lemon and dill, the scrumptious abalone ragout vol au vent and the aromatic braised abalone with ginger and spring onion. Also not to be missed is the meat market carving counter, where guests can indulge in a meticulously curated selection of meats. Additionally, guests can treat themselves to the flavourful à la minute pasta with black truffle and mushroom on cheese wheel.

Florté Afternoon Tea
Three on Canton proudly announces an exciting new addition to its offerings through a collaboration with Florté, bringing guests an exceptional afternoon tea experience. Starting from today to 29 February 2024, patrons can indulge in the essence of French tea time, immersing themselves in a delightful array of exquisite savoury and sweet delicacies meticulously crafted by esteemed pastry chef, Stalin Ling. From the tantalising savouries like duck confit, red wine cabbage mousse on tart, and foie gras mousse, to the iconic mille-feuille, flawlessly complemented with Florté's premium herbal rooibos tea infused with the fragrances of rich chamomile, lemon balm, and fennel, guests will embark on a romantic and captivating journey. Let the tea set the enchanting tone for this extraordinary experience, while the delectable treats serve as the perfect conclusion to an unforgettable afternoon.

Chinese New Year favourites 
To celebrate the Year of the Dragon, Three on Canton will be serving Chinese New Year favourites from 10-13 February that are sure to delight guests. Highlights of the menu include the sashimi salmon toss salad (Lo Hei), a traditional dish where guests can participate in the auspicious act of tossing the ingredients together for good luck and prosperity. Another delectable option is the braised sliced whelks and mushrooms on Shanghai pak cho, a flavourful combination that showcases the richness of the ingredients and allow guests to savour the festive flavours and embrace the joyous spirit of the occasion.
