A Taste of Hong Kong: Dai Pai Dong Highlight Lunch Buffet
Guests can embark on a culinary journey to Hong Kong with Three on Canton’s newly launched Dai Pai Dong Highlight Lunch Buffet. Featuring a tantalising array of comforting local flavours, this buffet promises to take guests on a gastronomic tour of Hong Kong’s culinary delights. Highlights include the succulent Braised Goose with Soya Sauce, which is slow-cooked to tender and flavourful perfection. Also not to be missed is the crispy Deep-fried Oyster Cake and the savoury Stewed Chives with Pig Blood Curd. Guests can also savour the deliciously spicy Wok-fried Clams with Black Bean Chilli Sauce before concluding their lunch with a nourishing glass of Hong Kong Milk Tea or Red Bean & Coconut Milk Iced Drink. To recreate the bustling ambience of Hong Kong’s local street food scene, Three on Canton will also incorporate elements of a dai pai dong food stall into its space.
A Touch of Sweetness: Belgium Chocolate Tea Set
Guests looking for refined snacks are sure to delight in the exquisite Belgium Chocolate Tea Set. Meticulously crafted by esteemed pastry chef Stalin Ling using premium chocolate from Belgium, the tea set offers a variety of delightful, Instagram-worthy savoury and sweet delicacies that will satisfy guests’ appetites. Guests can indulge in the sweet and salty Dark Chocolate Beef Ragout Vol-au-Vent, which flawlessly combines the sweetness of chocolate with the rich flavours of beef. Other highlights include the Churros with Chocolate Sauce as well as the sweet Belgium Chocolate Truffle Cake with Crispy Chocolate and Chocolate Coloured Waffle on a Stick.
The Global Flavours of Beef: Premium Beef Dinner Buffet
Guests can delight in Three on Canton’s Premium Beef Dinner Buffet, which features an international selection of beef dishes, from appetisers to main courses. Guests can start with the tender and juicy Angus Beef Salad complemented perfectly by a sweet and spicy mustard dressing. Next is an array of chilled seafood options, including Oysters and Snow Crab Legs. The feast also features delicious hot dishes, such as the Golden Fried Wagyu Beef with Mayo and Cheesy Ground Beef “Quesadillas”. Also not to be missed is the sensational Meat Market Carving Counter, where a tempting selection of beef specialties awaits. From succulent Beef Striploin to mouth-watering Beef Wellington as well as steaks that are perfectly cooked to order, guests can customise their meals to perfection and satisfy their appetites in style. Finally, the feast concludes on a sweet note with a delightful variety of desserts from around the world.
