Cafe Marco’s dinner buffet features fresh seafood on ice, such as Oysters, Lobsters, Mussels and Prawns, as well as a nightly selection of three types of succulent crabs, including Snow Crab Leg, Red Crab and Brown Crab. Guests can also start the seafood feast with an array of luscious appetisers, such as Crab Fillet Salad, Seafood Salad and more.
The lavish feast continues with a selection of hot mains, including Baked Crab Legs with Herbs Butter, which are served at the live cooking station. Especially recommended is the Baked Crab Meat with Prawn. For this dish, succulent crab meat and prawns are mixed with vegetables and cheese and are pan-fried and stuffed into shells with seafood sauce and breadcrumbs before being baked until the surface turns crisp and golden. Another must-try item is the Homemade Crab Cake, which lets the flavour and texture of the shellfish shine. The sumptuous spread also features classic Chinese favourites, such as Wok-fried Crab with Ginger and Spring Onion and Wok-fried Crab with Black Bean Sauce and Bell Peppers.
During weekends throughout March and April, Cafe Marco’s Pastry Chef Patrick See showcases an array of sweet treats in pink, inspired by Japan’s cherry blossoms in spring. The creative floral treats are sure to delight all the senses. The beautifully glazed Raspberry Sakura Mousse Cake with Guava is Instagram-worthy with its pink marble pattern, while the Green Tea Sakura Panna Cotta with Red Bean welcomes spring in true Japanese fashion with its matcha flavour. Another highlight is the pink Sakura Strawberry Roll, which is light and fluffy with a delicate flavour. The afternoon tea buffet is accompanied by complimentary free-flow fresh fruit juices, coffee and tea.
