Cafe Marco’s dinner buffet features fresh seafood on ice, such as oysters, lobsters, snow crab legs, three-spot crabs, brown crabs, red crabs, mussels and prawns. A serving of Alaskan king crab legs will also be served at every guest’s table. The buffet also includes an array of luscious appetisers, such as Crab Fillet Salad, Seafood Salad and more.
The lavish feast continues at the live cooking station with a selection of hot mains, including Baked Alaskan Crab Legs with Herb Butter and Alaskan Crab Leg Pasta with Onions. Especially recommended is the Baked Crab Meat with Prawn on Crab Shell. For this dish, succulent crab meat and prawns are mixed with vegetables and cheese and are pan-fried and stuffed into individual shells with seafood sauce and breadcrumbs before being baked until the surface turns crisp and golden.
Also not to be missed are the classic Chinese favourites, such as Wok-fried Crab with Ginger and Spring Onions, Deep-fried breaded Crab Claw and Deep-fried Soft-shell Crab.
