Cafe Marco Presents Its “your Food, Your Way” Mongolian-style Dinner Buffet And Fruity Summer Tea Buffet
Cafe Marco’s dinner buffet starts from 1 August and features fresh seafood, including fresh seasonal oysters, lobsters, snow crab legs, brown crab, mussels and prawns. Meanwhile, guests can choose from over 60 types of ingredients from the live cooking station, and Cafe Marco’s passionate chefs will prepare the preferred dishes à la minute. The 60 ingredients are carefully selected by the talented chefs and include 12 types of seafood and meat every day, such as wagyu beef, pork fillet, lamb chops, abalone, oysters, crabs, razor clams and scallops – all of which are served on a rotational basis. Guests can also enjoy 20 types of seasonal vegetables, 8 types of sauces and 8 different condiments daily.
Recommended Chinese hot dishes include Fried Crab with Ginger and Spring Onion, Deep-fried Soft Shell Crab with Chilli and Spicy Salt, and Steamed Fish with Soya Sauce. Other can’t-miss specialities include Roasted Thai-style Pork Neck with Sweet Chilli Sauce; Roasted Pork Spare Ribs with Honey Mustard; and Braised Lamb with Carrots, Potatoes and Zucchini.
Meanwhile, during weekends throughout August and September, Cafe Marco’s Pastry Chef Patrick See showcases an array of sweet treats made with seasonal fruits. The Fruity Summer Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet offers a series of exquisite and visually appealing delicacies made with the bounties of the season, including lychees, strawberries, mangoes, raspberries and passion fruits. Dessert lovers are sure to delight in sweet creations such as the smooth and rich Chocolate Passion Fruit Mousse Cake and the refreshingly sweet and nutty Summer Berries Pistachio Cake. Other colourful and summery treats include the Raspberry Lychee Mousse with Rose, Amaretto Apricot Mousse, Mixed Nut Tarts and Coconut Mango Sago Pudding. In addition to the delicious fruit-inspired desserts, guests can also enjoy a selection of seafood on ice, sashimi, salads, hot dishes, snacks and curries as well as free-flow fresh fruit juices, coffee and tea.
