Cafe Marco Presents Three New Spring Buffet Offerings

Available until the end of April, the buffet offerings include a refreshing Healthy and Green Lunch Buffet that highlights various superfoods, a delightful Sakura Tea Buffet with a touch of pink, and a premium Seafood Treasures Dinner Buffet that promises an indulgent ocean-fresh experience.

The Healthy and Green Lunch Buffet offers a wide variety of delicious and nutritious dishes made with different superfoods. Highlights include the vibrant and crunchy Capsicum and Quinoa Salad and the Beetroot and Green Apple Salad, which features nutritious beets and refreshing green apples to stimulate the appetite. 

To celebrate the arrival of cherry blossom season, Cafe Marco is also delighted to introduce the Sakura Season Tea Buffet. Inspired by the essence of Japan, this special buffet showcases a diverse selection of delectable desserts, each delicately adorned with a touch of pink. Guests can indulge in the exquisite Sakura Strawberry Roll – a light and fluffy sponge cake that is rolled with a luscious strawberry cream filling infused with subtle floral aromas. The Azayaka Sakura is another must-try dessert. Featuring a light pink, crystal-clear appearance that conceals a Sakura blossom within. This exquisite treat is enhanced with a subtle floral fragrance, creating a harmonious blend of flavours.

Guests are also invited to join the Easter Cooking Class hosted at Cafe Marco during lunch and tea buffet periods from 29 March to 1 April. Adding a touch of sweetness to the holiday celebrations, parents and their children can create Easter-themed desserts alongside Cafe Marco’s talented pastry chefs.

Meanwhile, Cafe Marco also presents its Seafood Treasures Dinner Buffet, an extravagant culinary affair featuring an exquisite array of seafood delicacies. Featuring premium ingredients, such as abalone, fish maw and lobster, this buffet promises an unparalleled dining experience. Guests are invited to indulge in a diverse selection of nourishing and healthy dishes on this distinguished gastronomic journey. The highlight of this opulent feast is the Pan-fried Fish Maw with Lobster, a masterpiece prepared with precision by the skilled chefs at the live cooking station. Those seeking a refreshing option can savour the Sliced Abalone with Jelly Fish Salad, an invigorating dish that revives the palate. Also not to be missed is the Double-boiled Cordyceps and Dried Conch with Chicken Soup, a comforting choice that provides warmth and nourishment. Finally, the Peach Gum and Snow Fungus with Egg Drop Sweet Soup offers a delectable conclusion to the sumptuous feast.
