Hong Kong-style Lobster E-fu Noodle Extravaganza

A standout dish is the fried lobster in cheese sauce & e-fu noodles, which features a creamy sauce that coats every noodle. Another must-try is the sautéed lobster with salty egg yolk in e-fu noodles, which combines the delicious savouriness of the egg yolks with the freshness of the shellfish.

Among the highlights is the classic crème brûlée, which boasts a crispy caramelised sugar crust that perfectly complements its smooth custard base. Guests can also indulge in the fluffy layers of the opera cake, which offers a delightful symphony of flavours.

Asian Epicurean Dinner Odyssey
Guests can embark on an epicurean odyssey through Asia at Cafe Marco’s dinner buffet. This indulgent feast features an enticing array of authentic delicacies that will transport them from the bustling night markets of Southeast Asia to the famed street stalls of China, Japan and Korea. Not to be missed are the Malaysian-style bak kut teh and Indonesian nasi goreng. The Filipino-style braised chicken adobo is also highly recommended, as are the steamed king razor clams and kung pao chicken.
