Italian Rendezvous at Cucina
The intimate dinner at Cucina starts with an appetiser of scampi carpaccio, duck liver terrine, rose foam, strawberry pearls. The scampi is directly sourced from the south of Italy and brings a rich ocean essence to the dish while the strawberry pearls add a sweet and refreshing taste. This dish is followed by a homemade tagliolini, garlic, chilli, crab meat, asparagus, sea urchin. The pasta is cooked to al dente perfection and is coated in a velvety sea urchin cream sauce. The set dinner also features the delicious Sicilian cherry tomato consommé, ricotta cheese ravioli, pesto perlage, which combines the finest flavours of Italy. For the main course, guests can choose between the baked fillet of Chilean seabass, creamy mentaiko sauce, dill, oscietra caviar and the roasted wagyu beef tenderloin, baby beetroot, black truffle sauce. Couples can finish with the Japanese white strawberry mousse, yoghurt, chocolate heart, pistachio sauce. This exquisite dessert is filled with layers of chocolate and strawberry mousse to symbolise the sweet essence of love.
The Valentine’s Day dinner menu is priced at HK$2,388* for two on 7-13 and 15-16 February, and at HK$2,888* for two on 14 February (including two complimentary glasses of rosé champagne).

Vibrant Teppan and Grilled Valentine’s Dinner at SAVVY
On 14 February, couples can enjoy a luxurious six-course set dinner for HK$1,888*. The meal begins with a series of delectable appetisers, including teppan sake abalone with caviar, grilled Hokkaido scallop with salmon roll, steamed egg custard with Japanese crab meat, and a fragrant Japanese consommé with chicken. For the main course, guests can choose between the grilled halibut in seafood soup and the teppan Miyazakigyu A5 wagyu beef sirloin. Finally, the meal wraps up with a delightful Valentine’s chocolate heart, which is perfectly paired with two complimentary glasses of champagne.
For guests dining on 10-13 or 16 February, SAVVY offers a special four-course set menu for HK$1,388*. This menu features an enticing steamed egg custard with taraba crab and a savoury consommé with chicken as the starters. Guests can then select between the grilled halibut in seafood soup and the teppan Miyazakigyu A5 wagyu beef sirloin before finishing with the sweet treat of a Valentine’s chocolate heart.
