To commemorate guests’ enchanting love stories, Cucina and SAVVY have crafted the perfect Valentine’s Day dining experiences. With premium Italian cuisine and succulent Asian grilled delights, couples can indulge in the refined set dinners presented by the two restaurants.
A Night of Pure Amore at Cucina
Crafted by Italian Chef de Cuisine Andrea Delzanno, the Valentine’s Day Dinner Menu at Cucina features a variety of floral and fruity flavours that serve as a beautiful reminder of love. Lovebirds can celebrate their affection for one another with this exquisite four-course Italian feast set against a mesmerising backdrop of Victoria Harbour.
The feast commences with two glasses of HENRIOT champagne followed by a starter of Mediterranean Red Prawn Carpaccio with Orange, Mozzarella Sauce, Pomegranate. The prawns are directly sourced from the south of Italy, infusing the dish with the rich essence of the ocean. The dish is perfectly complemented by the addition of sweet and refreshing orange and pomegranate. The set dinner also features Linguine with Sea Urchin Cream Sauce, Fried Quinoa, Beluga Caviar. The pasta is cooked to al dente perfection and is generously coated with a velvety sea urchin cream sauce. The saltiness of the caviar perfectly balances the natural sweetness of the sea urchin. The inclusion of fried quinoa enhances the dish’s texture, elevating it to a whole new level. Guests can finish the Valentine’s dinner with the Strawberry and Chocolate Mousse, Elderflower Ice Cream, Pistachio Sponge, Raspberry Sauce. The heart-shaped dessert is filled with layers of chocolate and strawberry mousse, exquisitely capturing the sweet essence of love.
Served from 12-16 February, the Valentine’s Day Dinner Menu will be priced at HK$1,988 for two on 12-13 and 15-16 February, and at HK$2,688 for two on 14 February (including two complimentary glasses of HENRIOT champagne). All prices are subject to a 10% service charge.

SAVVY Valentine’s Day Teppan and Grill Dinner Menu for Two
Lovebirds can enjoy a Japanese Teppan and Grill Valentine’s Day dinner that features fresh and deluxe ingredients.
The meal starts with the flavours of the ocean with the Grilled Sake Abalone with Caviar, Steamed Egg Custard with Japanese Crab Meat and Japanese Consommé with Ginkgo, Chicken, Prawn. These dishes are followed by the tender Grilled Miyazakigyu A5 Wagyu Beef Sirloin, which is perfectly complemented by juicy slow-cooked tomato, vegetables and mushroom. To enhance the romantic experience, every couple will be served a Valentine’s Chocolate Heart with Raspberry, Yuzu, Almond and SAVVY Monster Love Cookie.
The menu is available from 12 to 16 February, so guests can celebrate their love for an entire week. On 14 February, couples can enjoy an extra starter of Teppan Live Scallop with Sea Urchin and Salmon Roll for free as well as an additional main course selection of Teppan Crispy Skin Amadai in Seafood Soup.
SAVVY’s Valentine’s Day Teppan and Grill Dinner Menu is priced at HK$1,388 for two during 12-13 and 15-16 February, and at HK$1,888 for two on 14 February. All prices are subject to a 10% service charge.
