Three on Canton at Gateway Hotel presents a new D24 Durian Cream Cake to satisfy guests’ durian cravings. Featuring a soft and fluffy sponge cake layered with D24 durian flesh and fresh cream, this delicious treat is a rich indulgence and also an Instagrammable feast for the eyes. The D24 Durian Cream Cake (1lb) is priced at HK$388.
SAVVY’s Pastry Chef Keith Leung has launched five creative cakes. The Signature Blueberry Cheesecake is a heavenly dessert that blends New Zealand cream cheese with sweet and tangy blueberries. With its smooth filling, juicy berries and crispy butter-cookie base, this cake is an irresistible treat that is sure to satisfy all sweet cravings. The Signature Blueberry Cheesecake (1lb) is priced at HK$148.
Besides the Signature Blueberry Cheesecake, other delicious new selections include the Moulin Rouge (2lbs, HK$600), a stylish banana-chocolate butter cake; the Casablanca (2lbs, HK$600), a rich chocolate butter cake with orange mousse and fresh oranges; the Troy (1lb, HK$300), a sweet and sophisticated pear, earl grey and chocolate cake; and the Somewhere in Time (1 lb, HK$300), an elegant snow-white kalamansi mousse cake. In addition, the SAVVY Signature Dessert Trolley features five new eye-catching mini pastries for guests to enjoy.

Located at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel, Cafe Marco’s signature Tiramisu Cake is another luscious masterpiece crafted with the finest ingredients. Savour the rich flavours of chocolate sponge cake, creamy mascarpone cheese and a hint of Kahlúa, all beautifully decorated with fluffy ladyfinger biscuits. The Tiramisu (1lb) is priced at HK$168.
Guests can order the cakes via the Online Store or by calling the restaurants directly. Every cake is handmade by our pastry team and requires three days’ advance reservations.
