Guests can enjoy panoramic views of Victoria Harbour at the award-winning Cucina. The restaurant’s Chef de Cuisine Andrea Delzanno has crafted an exquisite Italian set dinner for 24 and 25 December. The festive feast begins with scampi carpaccio, avocados sauce, lemon oil and oscietra caviar followed by smoked beef consommé, tortellini stuffed with Parma ham and black truffles. The culinary journey continues with two show-stopping main courses – fettuccine with wild mushrooms, slow cooked pigeon breast, pumpkin and baked fillet of halibut with sun-dried tomatoes and almond pesto, mussels and Romanesco purée. For those with a sweet tooth, the little Santa Claus dessert will be the ultimate treat. To elevate this dinner experience, guests can enjoy wine pairings for an additional HK$440 per person.
Guests can also ring in 2024 with a six-course set dinner on New Year's Eve. The menu features the finest seasonal ingredients. Highlights include the starter of seared scallop, Romanesco, raspberry, hollandaise, wasabi caviar and the main courses of garganelli with lobster, brandy sauce, cherry tomato & basil, and black truffles and baked fillet of Chilean seabass, sautéed clams, coriander, sake, lime. For dessert, the white chocolate mousse, champagne jelly, mix berry, white truffles is a perfect finale to round off a delightful year-end feast.
Cucina is also hosting a Christmas Brunch with a selection of antipasti, Italian cold cuts, cheese, seafood, salads and cooked-to-order pastas. Chef Andrea’s mini burger with fassona beef tartare and truffles is served at the table, and guests can also enjoy a fine selection of main dishes, including piedmont ravioli stuffed with beef, demi-glace, fresh sausage and the festive Christmas turkey. Meanwhile, chocolate bonet, panna cotta, cookies, Gianduja chocolate mousse and panettone are served at the Christmas dessert corner. To make the brunch even more enjoyable, guests can also enjoy free-flow Prosecco, red wines, white wines and Moscato for an additional HK$268 per person.
On Christmas Eve, a mid-night celebration with live DJ Funky Sifu that includes free-flow Champagne, Prosecco, white and red wine, beer and soft drinks are available from 9pm to 1am, priced at HK$550 per person. Meanwhile, on 31 December, a mid-night celebration will be accompanied by live Christmas rock by VOSSA & DJ Funky Sifu at Cucina’s outdoor terrace and will include free-flow of Champagne, Prosecco, white and red wine, beer and soft drinks start from 9pm until late, priced at HK$800 per person. Guests may also try our Christmas exclusive mulled wine, eggnog, Christmas festive cocktails and mocktails, all will be available from 20 November.

Celebrate the holiday season with Cafe Marco’s festive buffets. Alongside a rotational selection of ocean-fresh seafood, such as freshly shucked oysters, whole Boston lobsters, cooked crayfish, snow crab legs, brown crabs, black mussels, whelks, clams and Prawns, the dinner buffet features plenty of festive favourites. Highlights include roasted tomahawk beef and roasted whole turkey with stuffing at the Western carving station as well as suckling pig and roasted peking duck at the Chinese counter. Other hot dishes include roasted lamb rack with rosemary, seafood lasagne, braised osso buco, steamed whole grouper fish and steamed scallop with vermicelli and garlic. Festive sweets, such as Christmas stollen, Christmas pudding with brandy sauce, Christmas cupcakes and festive cookies, are also on offer.
Christmas is the best time for family and friends to gather. During the daytime, Cafe Marco offers a Christmas Lunch Buffet and Afternoon Tea Buffet for all kinds of celebrations. For the Lunch Buffet, guests can enjoy premium appetisers with seafood on ice, sashimi and sushi, carving station specials of roast rib-eye and roasted whole turkey as well as other extravagant festive gourmet dishes. The Afternoon Tea Buffet includes seafood on ice, cold appetisers, finger sandwiches, dim sum, hot delicacies and the famous Hainan chicken rice, homemade pizzas, Belgian waffles and more. Both the lunch and afternoon tea buffet feature festive desserts, including eggnog panna cotta, jasmine chocolate mousse cake, Christmas stollen, Christmas log cake and panettone.

Lobby Lounge is offering Festive Semi-buffet Lunch and Holly Jolly Afternoon Tea Set from the 23 to 26 December. Guests can start with the refreshing lemon madeleines and freshly baked raisin scones. Gateway Hotel – Three on Canton
Starting from December, Three on Canton will take guests on a culinary journey with a variety of international and local cuisines served alongside festive delights. The restaurant’s expert chefs have prepared a range of appetisers and salads, including gravlax salmon with honey mustard dressing, tortilla rolls with ham and cheese and duck liver mousse with cranberry jelly. Seafood lovers must try the chilled seafood selection, which includes freshly shucked oysters, Boston lobster, snow crab leg, prawns, mussels and whelks. Fresh Japanese sashimi and scallop sashimi will be served on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.
Festive favourites of roasted turkey with condiments and grilled scallop with beurre blanc are available during the lunch buffets while roast prime ribs, lamb rack with garlic and pan-fried foie gras will be served during the dinner buffets. On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, stir-fried lobster with superior broth, roasted Australian wagyu beef, fresh crab congee and steamed scallop will be specially prepared to celebrate the occasion. Also highly recommended is the signature pasta with black truffles and mushroom on cheese wheel.
To make the festive celebrations even sweeter, guests can savour various photo-worthy Christmas desserts, such as Christmas pudding, pecan and walnut tart, Christmas tree cake, churros with chocolate sauce, Christmas assorted cookies, ginger bread pudding and more.
