Festive Semi-buffet Dinner
To celebrate Christmas and the New Year, SAVVY presents a special Semi-buffet Dinner that features a festive and seasonal feast. Guests can start their meal at the cold table with a smorgasbord of sumptuous salad and seafood, including unlimited supplies of Brown Crab, Crayfish, Shrimp, Clams and Black Mussels. Guests can also enjoy a complimentary half serve of Lobster Thermidor followed by a choice between six authentic Chinese, Asian and Western main courses. Highlights from the mains include the Indian Lamb Madras Curry Thali Set with Baked Naan; Stir-Fried Sea Prawns with Thai Chilli Paste and Herbs; Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Foie Gras and Truffle Sauce; and Roasted Turkey with Honey Roasted Chestnut, Sweet Potatoes, Brussel Sprout and Cranberry Sauce.
To celebrate the festive season, SAVVY’s Pastry Chef Keith Leung has also prepared a wide selection of delicious and eye-catching festive cookies and small cakes, such as the Christmas Log Cake and Blueberry Cheesecake. The Chocolate Rocky Road Cake is another recommendation from Chef Keith which features gooey marshmallow, sweet dried raisins and toasted almonds with decadent chocolate. Meanwhile, the Raspberry Mousse, presented in a tiny red Christmas ball, is sure to light up guests’ festive spirit. Finally, the Flambé Baked Alaska Cheesecake, served from the iconic SAVVY Dessert Trolley that will be rolled to every table, is the perfect treat to end the festive extravaganza.
Santa Claus visits, Christmas choir performances and party favours are also provided on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve (24, 25 & 31 December).
Lunch Buffet and Afternoon Tea
Christmas is the best time for family and friends to gather. During the day time, SAVVY offers a Christmas Lunch Buffet and Afternoon Tea for all kinds of celebrations. For the Lunch Buffet, guests can enjoy premium appetisers and extravagant festive gourmet dishes together with an array of sweet delicacies. Meanwhile, the SAVVY Afternoon Tea, presented on a three-tiered stand, features 11 types of chef-crafted delicacies with an extra tasting experience of six types of homemade chocolates. Highlights include the smooth and creamy Foie Gras Mousse with Feta Cheese, Vanilla Éclair with Raspberry and Strawberry Compote Mousse. The SAVVY Afternoon Tea is priced at HK$498 for two and is served daily from 3:00pm-6:00pm (last order at 4:30pm).
