By making use of HACCI’s beauty honey, the two drinks allow guests to enjoy a sweet and health-boosting tipple.
The BEE-MINE cocktail features muddled honey fresh pear, vanilla, chamomile tea, Drambuie and whiskey flavoured with maple syrup. This combination results in rich and elegant floral notes with a refined sweetness and slightly astringent aftertaste. This elegant drink is decorated with a bee-like lemon peel filled with fried sago for and Instagrammable finish.
Meanwhile, the HONEYLICIOUS mocktail is a bright and graceful drink that boasts a gorgeous yellowy-orange hue. Honey-infused orange, cinnamon and star anise are mixed together and topped with an ice cube and tonic water to give a refreshing taste. The beverage is then decorated with a marshmallow, lemon peel and rosebud on top. A drop of HACCI beauty honey is added at the end to complete the beautiful drink.
