SAVVY Launches Weekend Free-flow Brunch With Lobster Thermidor And Häagen-dazs Ice Cream Trolley

During the buffet, guests can enjoy unlimited servings of chilled seafood, such as brown crab, crayfish, clams, mussels and whelks. Diners can also watch SAVVY’s chefs prepare both Asian and Western hot dishes at the open kitchen. Recommended dishes include Roasted Australia Beef with Natural Jus and Mustards and Indian Chicken Tikka with Mint Sauce prepared by Chef Sanjay Yadav and served with freshly baked Naan from the cylindrical tandoor oven.
In addition to the abundant buffet offerings, every adult guest will receive a complimentary serving of lobster thermidor while children can enjoy complimentary unlimited juices. Meanwhile, to end the feast, guests can indulge in a variety of sweet treats showcased at the dessert parlour and can also enjoy Häagen-Dazs ice cream stick bars served with chocolate dip and chocolate chips on SAVVY’s dessert trolley.
SAVVY’s buffet features made-to-order signature delicacies and a complimentary serving of lobster thermidor for every guest.
SAVVY’s weekend brunch buffet is priced at HK$478 per adult and HK$148 per child (ages 3-11). To make the brunch buffet even more memorable, guests can add HK$288 per person to enjoy a free-flow drinks package that includes G.H. Mumm and Perrier-Jouët champagnes, the sauvignon blanc and pinot noir from Brancott Estate as well as selected beers, soft drinks and juices.
