Highlights include the grilled scallop and capsicum, which features succulent scallops perfectly complemented by a refreshing mango dressing. Guests can also delight in the sweet yet fiery spicy chicken and dried mango with mini poppadoms. The afternoon tea is also elevated with the decadent foie gras pâté with mango cream cheese on toast, a sophisticated pairing of rich flavours with creamy mango. Also not to be missed is the delightfully crispy and tangy deep-fried shrimp cake with spicy mango chutney.
Guests can also satisfy their summer cravings with an exquisite selection of mango-infused desserts. They can indulge in the velvety mango cheesecake, the fragrant jasmine mango cake roll, the refreshing vanilla mango panna cotta and the indulgent mango chocolate puff. Other highlights include the delicate macaron, the timeless scone with cream and jam, and the delectable mango financier, showcase the vibrant flavours of mango.

Sip on the SAVVY punch, a fusion of mixed fruits, herbs, gin, rum, and vodka, with a subtle hint of tea. Indulge in the shark, a luscious blend of vodka, lychee, pineapple, blueberry, yogurt, Sprite, and soda. Delight in the mango rice, a creamy concoction of vodka, advocaat, mango, coconut cream, and vanilla. Experience the tantalising combination of spicy and zesty flavours in the pink gengar, featuring tequila, grapefruit, chili, ginger, lime, and a touch of salt and pepper. Lastly, revel in the visually stunning butterfly pea cocktail, expertly crafted with sherry, yuzu, blue curacao, homemade purple syrup, and egg white.
Each cocktail, starting at HK$118, has been meticulously crafted to showcase the versatility of mango while offering a refreshing and unique twist on classic cocktail recipes.
