SAVVY is pleased to unveil its captivating sharing menus designed to foster connections and create cherished moments. The sharing menu for two, priced at $795*, features an array of delectable dishes, including an indulgent live Dalian abalone, an exquisite salmon tartare and a refreshing Thai pomelo salad. The menu also includes a comforting SAVVY beetroot and vegetable soup and an all-time favourite sizzling tandoor combo The flavoursome and classic Indian dish is made with a cylindrical clay tandoori oven. Followed by a succulent Australian Wagyu M5 sirloin steak and irresistible curly fries with black truffle dip.
For larger gatherings, the sharing menu for four, priced at $1,580*, showcases an even more diverse selection of culinary delights. Guests can revel in the succulent Indonesian satay as well as crispy fried soft-shell crab with Vietnamese curry, delicate Japanese salmon poke, vibrant rojak and SAVVY’s aromatic signature syphon-style tom yum kung. Served with a beautiful syphon setup the presentation enhances the experience for the senses. By heating and cooling the vacuum brewer filled with spices, lemongrass and herbs, guest can savour a heart-warming bowl of hot and sour soup with a more complex and full-bodied flavour. The menu also includes four sumptuous main courses: the delightful vegetarian Indian curry thali set, the flavourful scallop and prawn fried rice, the tantalising Japanese-style eel bento box and the Australian wagyu M5 sirloin steak. Served with indulgent curly fries, this menu promises to astound the palates of even the most discerning connoisseurs.
Teppan Grill Menu
SAVVY also presents an enticing Teppan Grill menu that features a tantalising symphony of flavours and textures.
