SAVVY’s Skewer World Menu Celebrates Asian Flavours and Grilled Delights

Hong Kong SAR, China, 26 February 2024 –– SAVVY, the renowned dining destination celebrated for its innovative and diverse gastronomic experiences, is excited to unveil its new Skewer World menu. From 1 March to 30 April, guests are invited to embark on a culinary journey that celebrates the vibrant flavours of Asia and the art of grilling.

The Skewer World menu showcases a captivating fusion of tastes and textures that will delight even the most discerning palates. Each dish on the menu represents the culinary mastery and ingenuity of SAVVY’s talented team, promising an unforgettable dining experience. Items on the Skewer World menu are each priced at HK$268 and are meticulously crafted and cooked to perfection, showcasing SAVVY’s commitment to culinary excellence. 

A Journey through Exquisite Asian Flavours

The menu features an array of delectable skewers that celebrate Asian flavours. Guests can enjoy the aromatic spices of India with the tandoori lamb kebab on garlic roti prata, the perfectly grilled beef strips and mushroom with garlic pesto dip, and the harmonious combination presented by the tiger prawn and scallops with yoghurt lemon dip. For an extraordinary gastronomic adventure, the tender and spicy Korean-style chicken with kimchi is not to be missed. Guests can also savour the rich and smoky flavours of the BBQ-marinated beef, which is grilled to perfection alongside a medley of potatoes, vegetables, mushrooms, and pineapple.

For an enhanced dining experience, guests can savour the essence of the ocean with the grilled lobster with lemongrass and ginger for an additional HK$88. This indulgent dish balances tender lobster meat with the fragrant nuances of the accompanying herbs and spices.

Refreshing Vegetable Delights

SAVVY also presents enticing and vibrant vegan and vegetarian skewers to refresh guests’ palates. The Japanese-style vegetables with mirin is sure to delight guests with its delicate and harmonious blend of flavours. Meanwhile, the vegan brochette offers a plant-based culinary delight that features skewers of tofu, zucchini, potato, and carrots accompanied by a flavourful soya-paprika dip.
