8 November 2021 (Xiamen, China) – Marco Polo Xiamen successfully organized its 6th annual Charity Bazaar on the 6 November. All proceeds of this year’s event were donated to two local organizations: The Children of Promise and The Education Caring from Stars.
The event had a variety of activities carried by hotel and volunteers from the local community. Paintings, calligraphy, and a variety of new and second-hand items were on sale. Marco Polo sister hotels donated room vouchers, and supporting local restaurants donated coupons for auction. The total proceeds set a new record yet again, thanks to the efforts of all participants.
Ms. Millie Tsui, General Manager of the Marco Polo Xiamen said, “We are so glad that this event is getting more attention by the public and the results are improving every year. Marco Polo Xiamen will continue to express its unconditional support to people with special needs in Xiamen.”
