Curated by Executive Chef Benny Cai and his team, this seasonal menu features eight meticulously crafted new dishes that capture the essence of Spring, presenting the finest ingredients with a touch of haute cuisine. From vibrant hues to delicate flavours, each creation harmonises the rhythm of the season, offering a refined dining experience for all occasions.


Nestled in The Bar on the third floor, Steak Frites draws inspiration from the iconic French-style bistro L‘Entrecôte, bringing an authentic French flair to the heart of Chengdu. The restaurant showcases eleven captivating pieces of artwork from illustrator Icy Tan’s “People Watching” series. With fluid lines and vivid colours, her whimsical creations depict an enchanting world where expressive figures come to life, representing her observation of human behaviours and celebrating the pursuit of an inspired and carefree lifestyle. At Steak Frites, culinary and visual artistry define our lifestyle, where every moment is a celebration of taste and elegance.

Indulge in the Alaskan King Crab with Seafood Jelly Imperial Caviar & Cauliflower Puree, where the natural   sweetness of the crab is delicately balanced, melting on the palate like a gentle sea breeze on a sunlit spring afternoon. Siberian Caviar Served on Top of Bluefin Tuna Tartare with Homemade Crispy Potatoes offers an innovative take on texture and flavour—each bite delivers the perfect harmony of crispiness and umami.



For a refreshing interlude, Shiso Sorbet Served Around Tomatoes Garnished with Vanilla & Black Olive Soil provides an exquisite contrast—light, fragrant and invigorating, reminiscent of a soft breeze. The main dish, Rack of Lamb with Merguez Sausage, Jerusalem Artichoke Mille-Feuille with Burnt Eggplant Glaze & Navarin Jus, is a masterful composition of spices, weaving a culinary story on the plate. Bouillabaisse Made with the Fish from the Market & Lemon Confit —inspired by the classic Bouillabaisse—offers a rich, multi-layered texture that captures the luxurious flavours of the sea.
