Encountering The Power of "Her"
21 April 2024 (Chongqing, China) –Niccolo Chongqing recently hosted its first Niccolo Lectures of 2024, with the theme “Encountering The Power of ‘Her’’’, focusing on outstanding working women in different fields and embarking on an exciting journey of sharing. Co-organised by Niccolo Chongqing and Shangyou News, the event featured three female industry pioneers: Ms Dai Hualu, renowned senior caterer in Chongqing; Ms Zhang Shuxian, well-known ceramic artist; and Ms Li Shangze, legal elite. They captivated their audience by sharing their vivid experiences from the perspectives of action, aesthetics and leaders, which elicited attendees to discuss the rise of "her power" in this modern era.
The first guest speaker was Ms Dai Hualu, General Manager of Chongqing Sanwaisan Catering Group and Founder of Shunfeng 123 Catering Brand. She gave a wonderful speech on the theme of "Boldness and Tenacity to Win in the Shopping Mall," demonstrating the great potential of women's power of action. With her rich personal experience, she explained how women can actively and skillfully use their power of action to create unlimited possibilities in the face of ruthless market competition and the challenges of our rapidly changing times.
Ms Zhang Shuxian, a well-known ceramic artist in Chongqing, brought a wonderful perspective on the importance of aesthetics - "I" as the definition of beauty. By displaying her own creative and beautiful pottery works, she captivated guests to appreciate and become immersed in the unique "power of beauty" and gain deep insight into the pottery world, conveying that beauty is not only external, but also a source of inner power.
Ms Li Shangze, Vice President of the Chongqing Lawyers’ Association and Director of the Chongqing Guohao Law Firm, provided a wonderful speech with the theme "Every Bloom Has Power" from the perspective of leaders. Taking her own leadership as an example, she explained to the guests the unique value and influence of women in leadership positions. Her experience and wisdom undoubtedly inspired more women in the audience to boldly pursue their career development and leadership dreams.
During the roundtable discussion, the three guests discussed the topic of "How to better leverage the power of women in modern society" from their own fields and personal experiences, contributing valuable experiences and suggestions for guests from different industries.
