Assistant Restaurant Manager– (All Day Dining Restaurant)

Responsibility
An Assistant Restaurant Manager - All Day Dining is responsible for supervising Cucina’s operations to ensure an excellent guest and member experience. This role involves communicating and delegating tasks to the team to achieve departmental targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager in timely handling of daily operations and meeting guest expectations
- Promoting F&B offerings and upselling
- Managing and overseeing all operations of Cucina
- Communicating and delegating tasks to the team
- Ensuring compliance with brand standards
- Managing guest inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Representing the team’s needs
- Assisting the Restaurant, Beverage & Events management in achieving financial targets
- Supporting RB&E management with colleague training and development
- Conducting annual and mid-year appraisals for team members under your supervision
- Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
- Being environmentally aware
- Assisting other departments as needed and maintaining good working relationships
Qualifications
- Experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in hospitality
- Availability to work within opening hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Proven supervisory or management experience in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues
- Attentive to guest needs, maintaining calm and courtesy at all times
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
