Assistant Communications Manager

Responsibility

  • Assist the Director of Communications in all aspects of Communications matters, including media coverage, hotel collateral quality control and delivery, inter-departmental liaison, etc.
  • Draft contents for press release, promotion package, poster and newsletter etc.
  • Assist the Director of Communications to manage social media channel include updating the articles or new information on WeChat, Weibo, TikTok etc.
  • Assist the Director of Communications to manage WeChat Mall including the products updating and modification
  • Assist the Director of Communications to hold hotel events
  • Assist the Director of Communications to achieve the online promotion or media exposure
  • Prepare and conduct mass mailing of hotel promotional collateral under the Director of Communications
  • Responsible for administration works of the Communications department

Qualifications

  • Tertiary education including course work on communications or equivalent (Preferred but not required)
  • Certification in communications or languages (Preferred but not required)
  • Minimum 2 year experience in a Communications function in an international hotel
  • Established relationship with local government organisations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • General understanding of the hotel operations
