Assistant Communications Manager

Responsibility
- Assist the Director of Communications in all aspects of Communications matters, including media coverage, hotel collateral quality control and delivery, inter-departmental liaison, etc.
- Draft contents for press release, promotion package, poster and newsletter etc.
- Assist the Director of Communications to manage social media channel include updating the articles or new information on WeChat, Weibo, TikTok etc.
- Assist the Director of Communications to manage WeChat Mall including the products updating and modification
- Assist the Director of Communications to hold hotel events
- Assist the Director of Communications to achieve the online promotion or media exposure
- Prepare and conduct mass mailing of hotel promotional collateral under the Director of Communications
- Responsible for administration works of the Communications department
Qualifications
- Tertiary education including course work on communications or equivalent (Preferred but not required)
- Certification in communications or languages (Preferred but not required)
- Minimum 2 year experience in a Communications function in an international hotel
- Established relationship with local government organisations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- General understanding of the hotel operations
