Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibility
- Collaborate with Corporate Teams: Act as the hotel representative to coordinate with Corporate Teams on projects and campaigns related to the website, WeChat mall, and corporate campaigns.
- Integrated Marketing Plan: Support the Hotel Head of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) in developing the integrated marketing plan and initiatives, both annual and tactical campaigns. Act as a Project Management Officer (PMO) to coordinate with hotel departments and Corporate Teams for the execution of marketing initiatives.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Plan and implement the go-to-market execution for hotel offers and campaigns, including room, F&B, and events. Drive digital channels to achieve sales and conversion key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Performance Marketing: Develop the Performance Marketing function for the hotel, including SEM, SEO, meta-search, online and social advertising, WeChat advertising, OTA affiliate marketing, and more.
- Digital Operation Processes: Devise digital operation processes, user manuals, and training guides to enable hotel end-user teams to excel in deploying digital tools and applications.
- Digital Tools Audit: Champion regular audits of digital tools and applications in the hotel to ensure ongoing accuracy and quality implementation.
- Digital Analytics and Reporting: Lead and manage digital analytics and reports, sharing findings and learnings with hotel teams.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Undertake ad hoc projects related to the development of Digital Marketing for the hotel.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of digital marketing work experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of performance marketing, social media, and the Philippine digital arena, with solid work/project management experience.
- Preferably experienced in website administration (Brand.com), building new website features, and mobile and social applications (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).
- Good knowledge of HTML, WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO, e-commerce operations, email and mobile marketing is an advantage.
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and organized work approach based on data.
- Excellent project management experience, handling complex projects involving multinational counterparts.
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
- Degree holder with a major in Marketing or Business, tech-savvy, and innovative.
- Good interpersonal skills, maturity, high level of professionalism, and integrity.
