Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibility

  • Leading and managing the digital analytics and reports and to share with Hotel Teams for findings and learnings
  • Support the Corporate Projects / Campaigns as the hotel representative to coordinate with the Corporate Teams for areas including but not limited to website, WeChat mall, corporate campaign, etc.
  • Regular audit of digital tools and applications in the hotel to ensure accuracy and quality ongoing implementation
  • Monitor and review web traffic of Brand Website, Wechat mall and take action to increase traffic and revenue
  • Increase the hotels online presence and production via strategic partnerships, e.g., OTAs, GDS, Brand website , Wechat mall and other channels etc.

Qualifications

  • 5 - 8 years of Digital Marketing Work Experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the Manager level
  • University degree with oral and written fluency in Chinese and English
  • Good knowledge and understanding is a must for Performance Marketing, Social Media, PRC digital arena with solid work / project management experience
  • Good knowledge in HTML/ Wordpress / Google Analytics/ SEO / ecommerce operation/ email & mobile marketing a definite advantage
