Director of Sales & Marketing

Responsibility
- Monitor and evaluate all Sales of Rooms, Catering and Communications
- Develop marketing objectives, strategies, promotions, online/offline advertising and activities so as to achieve targeted revenues
- Maximize revenue and profits of hotel through professional guidance and training of sales and marketing colleagues
- Produce periodic action plan based on the Business Plan and ensure that the sales team is performing according to the set objectives
- Actively participate in and contribute to the Hotel Management Team decisions, with a focus on satisfying customers in the quest for profitable operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience in sales and marketing function in the travel industry, including 5 years in a managerial capacity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Aggressive; initiative; self-confident; established relationship with commercial and industry customers
- University degree with oral and written fluency in Chinese and English
