Floor attendant

Marco Polo Jinjiang

Responsibility

  • Clean 12 guest rooms within an 8-hour work shift, ensuring all rooms meet the policies set by the Marco Polo hotel.
  • Ensure the allocated area is highly clean.
  • Ensure that the privacy of guests is maintained during the "Do Not Disturb" state.
  • Provide assistance to guests to the greatest extent possible, respond to guests' requests.
  • Clean and restock the room according to procedures and standards.
  • Provide turndown service as required.
  • Always ensure the safety of the universal key.
  • Maintain the trolley's cleanliness and ensure it is well-supplied.
  • Maintain all equipment in good working condition.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the linen room.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the linen room on each floor.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness in your work area.
  • Report any loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixtures, or equipment to the floor manager.
  • Report the inadequacies in maintenance to the head of the guest room.
  • Provide courteous and professional service at all times.
  • Provide high-quality service to customers.
  • Maintain good working relationships with colleagues in this department and other departments.
  • Rapidly report maintenance activities to the engineering department.
  • Ensure that the lost and found procedures are followed.
  • Take appropriate action to address the guest's complaints.
  • Promotional hotels with Marco Polo products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of understanding about products and services to facilitate explanations and sales to guests.
  • Maintain the hotel's cleaning and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

  • Has a good knowledge of the daily operations on the housekeeping floor.
  • Able to adapt to changing work hours, can work early shifts and night shifts, and is available to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Possesses knowledge in the use of cleaning agents and room cleaning.
