Floor Supervisor

Responsibility
- Responsible for the cleanliness & maintenance of all guest room, guest corridor and service area
- Inspect and change room status to ensure clean and tidy room is ready to sell
- Provide supervision and training for colleagues to ensure the proper usage and care for the machine and chemical in order to protect hotel and guests' property
- Attend to guest request & complaint to ensure professional and satisfactory service is provided according to hotel standard
- Inspect guest rooms to ensure amenity set up, mini bar replenishment and orderliness of furniture are met with hotel standard and guidelines
- Control amenity stock, store requisition, linen stock to ensure enough supplies is provided and expenses budget is met
- Report any irregular matters on guest floor and handle all Lost & Found matters to ensure the safety and security are provided to guests, colleagues and hotel
Qualifications
- Secondary school graduate
- Room attendant experience in 4/5-star hotel for minimum two years
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
