Hygiene Manager

Marco Polo Parkside, Beijing

Responsibility

  • Establish and improve the hotel's food hygiene management system;
  • Supervise and manage the establishment of all system documents for the kitchen and the hotel;
  • Good communication with local food supervision departments in Beijing;
  • Daily supervision of kitchen food standards and hygiene operations;
  • Supervise all catering colleagues to strictly implement the process of food hygiene operation at any time;
  • Conduct regular food hygiene training for relevant personnel;
  • Responsible for communicating with relevant departments and establishing good relationships;
  • Assist the hotel in handling food safety complaints;
  • Do various preventive work in advance to avoid the occurrence of food poisoning and other crises;
  • Responsible for daily kitchen food safety and hygiene inspection and weekly inspection plan;
  • Follow up and promote food safety inspection;
  • Cooperate with relevant government departments for communication;
  • Follow up local government laws and regulations in real time;
  • Update kitchen operation standards critical control points such as receiving, storage, production, display, and discarding;
  • Conduct supervision by convening food safety committee every month to summarize and follow up related matters;
  • Cooperate with engineering department, receiving department and other relevant departments to assist the RB&E director to perform supervision duties;
  • Related work arranged by the director of RB&E.

Qualifications

  • College or above    
  • At least 3 years training experience in the same position  
  • strong coordination and organization skills, interpersonal communication skills
