Bar Supervisor

Niccolo Suzhou

Responsibility

  • Ensure the delivery of brand promise and always provide exceptional guest service.
  • Provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
  • Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
  • Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all Restaurants, Bars & Events items in the menu and the ability to recommend Restaurants, Bars & Events combinations, and upsell alternatives.
  • Assist in liaising with the Culinary and Beverage Department on daily operations and quality control if appropriate.
  • Perform the function of cashier and responsible for Infrasys cashiering procedure.
  • Be a hands-on supervisor and be always present in the Outlet, especially during busy periods.

Qualifications

  • University / Higher Diploma graduate, major in Business Administration / Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Catering school certificate is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years working experience on the same position in RB&E.
  • Mature, independent, tactful with good interpersonal & communication Skills.
