Responsibility

• Provide room cleaning service and turn down service to assigned guest rooms to ensure service is completed according to hotel standards and guest requirements.
• Set up furniture and replenish room amenities to ensure room set up is met with hotel standards.
• Check checked-out rooms, report & replenish mini bar items and quantity to ensure Policy & Procedure are followed.
• Report to the Floor Supervisor/Administrator any mechanical problems to ensure all machine lighting, pumping, fixtures, and furniture are kept in good condition within guest rooms and working areas.
• Handle and deliver guests' requests promptly with courtesy to ensure quality service is provided to guests, such as Laundry service, shoe shine service, loan items, etc.
• Report of lost and found items to the HSKP office immediately.
• Report any irregular matter on the floor to ensure safety and security are provided to guests, employees, and the hotel.
• Responsible for keeping all equipment, machinery, working station, and working trolley clean and tidy to ensure hygiene standard is maintained.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduate.
• Same relevant experience is preferred but not required.
• Possess good common sense and communication skills, speak fluent Mandarin and basic English.
