Responsibility

• Ensure hotel is well represented at the hotel main entrance, and City insider counter to greet and assist guests at all times, in charge of shift duty assignments for door girl, bell attendants and drivers.
• Responsible for offering all guests the cool, new, hip and happening new experiences in dining, clubbing and shopping.
• Responsible for supporting and drive the Personal Shopper program, opening doors and offering inside tips that will always be customised, bespoke and personal.
• Handle any requests for postage, packaging, purchase of items, booking of tickets to performances and concerts， and any other special guest requests.
• Manage the driver team to ensure smooth running of transport arrangements for any booking requests from companies or guests.
• Ensure the security, safety and confidentiality of all guest properties handled by City Insider, with proper recording for each item processed according to hotel policy and procedures.
• Ensure neatness and tidiness maintained at the City insider counter, luggage store rooms, hotel main entrance areas and in the hotel vehicles at all times.
• Liaise with the airport services team to ensure good co-ordination for guest pick-ups and transfer-off service.
• Check and co-ordinate with security agents at the hotel main entrance area to ensure control of traffic and no blockage at all times.
• Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ college education or hospitality related qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years of City insider experience in an international hotel environment.
