Sales Support Executive

Corporate Office

Responsibility

  • To handle inquiries related to accommodation, events, groups, and RFPs. Forward leads to the appropriate hotels/RSOs and ensure timely follow-up.
  • To maintain an accurate database system such as RFP accounts and MICE leads status with analysis by inputting new, updated data and verifying existing information to ensure ongoing accuracy.
  • To conduct telemarketing with targets given by GDGS whenever necessary and submit report afterward. 
  • To work closely with all hotels, RSOs and other related departments to ensure that sales-related activities such as trainings, Sales Mission and tradeshows are well-organized and executed.
  • To conduct site inspections and sales call as requested to support sales efforts.
  • To assist GDGS with various administrative tasks, including managing G-leads, processing expenses claims, preparing budget and business reports and creating presentations, etc.
  • To act as a temporary assistant to the VP S&M in the absence of the Executive Secretary.
  • To perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from College or University
  • Minimum 1 year experience in S&M or Administration support roles.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
  • Proficiency in Spreadsheet management such as Excel, Google Forms and Google Sheets for data organization, analysis and financial calculations. 
  • Other computer software such as PowerPoint, Outlook, Team, Zoom and One Drive, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
