Senior Cook

Responsibility

  • Follow the instruction of Senior Sous Chef and ensure kitchen’s SOP is closely adhered to hotel standard
  • Responsible for production of food items under guidance of Kitchen Section Head
  • Enforce safe working practices and cleanliness standards in kitchen

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experiences in hotels / catering establishments
  • Holder of certificate related to food hygiene will be an advantage
  • Good command of Chinese and fair command of English
