Service Centre Agent
Gateway Hotel, Hong Kong
Responsibility
- Answer telephone calls professionally and offers / handles any assistance required on all telephone related services, such as morning call service
- Ensure all related equipment is functioning in order. Such as the PABX system, the computer printouts on all longdistance calls, the “FCS" interfaces system, the voicemail system, the “wakeup call" system as well as the “musiconhold" system
- Ensure all overseas messages are delivered to the hotel guests promptly
- Ensure restaurant bookings insert in TMS according to confirmation
- Ensure Private Dining order placing well and coordinate with Culinary team for special order
- Ensure all respective associates are informed at once in case of emergency, such as fire, bomb threat and typhoon
- Perform any other duties assigned
Qualifications
- Secondary School education with vocational training on hotel industry is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of Telephone Services experience (Prefer but not required).
- Pleasant personality, fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese with the knowledge on personal computer.
- Good voice quality
- Good communication skill
