Responsibility

• To ensure that all the plumbing equipment(valves,pipes,drainage,toilets,pantry,etc) of the Hotel running smoothly, if some problem(noise,vibrating,leaking,odour,etc) can not be solved at once, report to the supervisor, the supervisor should arrange associate to solve at the first time and report to Chief Engineer.
• Associate  on duty should check equipment and make record of equipment running.
• Plumber on duty should make full preparation, when receive the maintenance order, take action quickly and report to captain or supervisor after done.
• Expect daily repairing work, to ensure that all preventive work are well done according to schedule and instructions.
• Write down the daily working on Log Book.
• Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong background of hotel Kitchen, Laundry, Swimming pool and Pipe etc equipment repair and maintenance.
• Both electrical and mechanic knowledge required.
• To have welding skills.
• Should have at least 3 years Mechanical  position  working experience .
