Responsibility

Maintain complete knowledge of hotel and yoga and operation hours
Greet each guest by their name with a warm welcome and fond farewell.
Perform the telephone etiquette according to hotel standards.
Provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
Colleague makes eye contact and keep focus on the guest.
Colleague performs the requirements of their department knowledgeably and proficiently.
Can capably answer questions about the entire hotel or obtains effective and prompt assistance.
The yoga studio opening and closing procedures must be performed according to theworking schedule and standard operating procedures.
Follow the reservation schedule provided by reception.
Escort Guests to and from yoga room or station, attending to any immediate needsthroughout their yoga visits.
Set up workstation with necessary supplies. Maintain cleanliness throughout shift.
Handle guest complaints by ensuring guest satisfaction and problem resolution.
Strive to achieve daily target through private lessons and lessons sales.
Focus delicate attitude towards achieving overall yoga revenue target.
Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of yoga areas continuously.
Maintain the quality and quantity of yoga equipment, accessories and guest supplies.
The course always pays attention to guest experience and safety, and improves guestsatisfaction on the basis of safety.
Maintain complete knowledge and comply with hotel and departmental policies andprocedures.
Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.。
Check all daily operating checklists and operating forms
To recommend the right private lessons reguired for Guests.
Comply with all Fitness center policies and procedures.
Handle all operating issues, yoga equipment cleaning、amenities etc.
Report to your immediate supervisor or manager regarding any issues
Co-operate with colleagues and assist in any way.
Daily communication between your section and other section regarding work related issues.
To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the yoga lessons.
Maintain a high level of skill and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.
Ensure yoga facilities are tidy, clean and stocked with linen at all times.
Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisor and manager.
Abide by the WHM Code of Conduct,
Abide by the WHM Colleagues Handbook.
Abide by both the hotel and WHM & hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years"college education
Professional qualification certificate in the yoga instructorcategory
Yoga instructor work experience
Good oral and written English proficiency,
Good service manner,able to communicate with alllevels,
Good team player and corporate attitude.
Open to change and new ideas.
