RB&E Marketing Sales Manager

Responsibility
- Have comprehensive and up to date knowledge of all the outlets unique selling points, features, amenities, services and policies and those of the competition.
- Work closely with the Dir RB&E and the Exec Chef to fully understand and be able to implement the Yearly, monthly and weekly PR and promotional actives.
- Take responsibility for social media community management across such platforms as TikTok, WeChat, Dianping, Meituan, Little Red Book etc.
- Manage online guest comments and rating in conjunction with the Dir RB&E.
- Collaborate with the respective teams from the marketing department in regards to any production of branded collateral to support the communication of RB&E promotions.
- Collaborate with the respective teams in the marketing & e-commerce manager – in-house designer where possible to deliver – RB&E brochures, online posts & ad hoc requests in line with the Dir RB&E guidance.
- Management and be the point of contact for the RB&E branded collateral library, including the digital RB&E photo library.
- Monitor the day to day upkeep of outlet websites.
- Work with e-commerce manager & internal team to deliver best-in-class customer service for e-commerce platform including responding to member questions, issues and feedback via email, twitter and Facebook, in a way that makes the member feel great about the experience.
Qualifications
- Understand Hotel RB&E Operations
- Passionate about food and drink, bringing curiosity & creativity in how to engage with and communicate to consumers in the RB&E sector
- Passionate about the role that you can play in effectively driving the RB&
- Have hotel database
- Very familiar with local market and good at marketing trend anlysis.
