Three On Canton And Dermalogica Present A Revitalising Oxygenic Afternoon Tea

Inspired by Dermalogica’s new Phyto Nature Oxygen Cream, Three on Canton’s talented pastry chef creates delicious morsels using healthy purple ingredients, such as vitamin-rich berries and blackcurrants, high-fibre purple sweet potatoes and antioxidant-rich beetroot.
Guests can start with the handmade blackcurrant marshmallow, followed by the aromatic açaí berries smoothie, soft and fluffy purple sweet potato puff and delicate mixed berries trifle. The picture-prefect strawberry mousse in ring cookies is especially recommended and features an elegant cookie ring with rich and creamy strawberry mousse and chocolate. Another must-try pastry is the beautiful homemade blackcurrant macaron, which boasts a natural sweetness, fruity taste and crunchy shell. Those with a sweet tooth will also enjoy the delectable lemon madeleine with purple chocolate dip and the freshly baked raisin scones served with clotted cream and strawberry jam.
On the savoury side, Three on Canton’s sous chef has crafted a tempting selection of bite-sized treats, including the chicken puff, prawn and mango tartare on crispy rice cake and Iberico ham mille-feuille. The beetroot risotto ball with lemon and mozzarella and beetroot salmon with blueberry yoghurt on toast are especially prepared to delight guests’ palates with their interesting combination of flavours, textures and health benefits. Another highlight is the purple sweet potato spring roll. The crispy exterior matches perfectly with the soft and creamy filling, making this the prefect afternoon nibble.
Besides tea and coffee, guests can enjoy two special beverages – the seasonal strawberry mojito and blueberry lemon soda – to celebrate the summer. The strawberry mojito is the perfect combination of mint, lime, rum and strawberries, while the blueberry lemon soda is a refreshing mix of fruitiness and fizz.
The Revitalising Oxygenic Afternoon Tea is available at Three on Canton or Be on Canton’s alfresco terrace between 3pm and 5pm daily from 17 July to 31 August 2023. The tea set is priced at HK$568* for two or HK$388* for one.
