Marco Polo Jinjiang

Dining, 19 October 2024
Jinjiang, China, October 19, 2024 — In the pursuit of culinary excellence, we have always believed that inspiration stems from the collision and fusion of flavors. With this in mind, Marco Polo Jinjiang is proud to introduce its brand-new à la carte menu at the Marco Polo Café on the second floor. Executive Chef David Zhang and his culinary team have crafted an extraordinary gastronomic journey that transcends borders, offering a tribute to ingredients and culinary techniques that will ignite your taste buds.

The Marco Polo Café, with its open-concept island view and floor-to-ceiling windows providing ample natural light, creates a stylish and elegant ambiance. The well-placed open kitchen allows guests to enjoy the process of professional chefs skillfully preparing delicacies. The perfect clash of retro green and vibrant orange colors adds to the delightful dining experience.

Chef's Special Recommendations:
Australian 150-Day Grain-Fed Beef Ribeye — Sourced from Australia, this 150-day grain-fed beef ribeye is renowned for its marbled texture and rich juices. Carefully cooked to perfection, this steak offers an unparalleled taste and texture, a true delight for meat lovers.
Tuscan Slow-Cooked 12-Hour Pork Sandwich — Inspired by the region of Tuscany, Italy, our chef uses pork that has been slow-cooked for 12 hours, paired with homemade sauces and fresh vegetables, pressed into a sandwich. Each bite is a new interpretation of Italian flavor, simple yet refined.
Mexican Quesadillas — Made with fresh tortillas filled with grilled chicken or beef, served with homemade guacamole and sour cream. This colorful and unique dish transports you to the vibrant streets of Mexico.
M5 Wagyu Shacha Noodle — A traditional Fujian dish known for its unique shacha sauce and savory broth. The M5 Wagyu Shacha Noodle is an innovative fusion of Eastern tradition and Western luxury, combining the rich taste of Australian M5 wagyu beef with the robust flavor of Fujian shacha noodles, offering an unprecedented experience for your palate.
Abalone, Sea Cucumber, and Fish Maw Rice Noodle Porridge — This porridge combines the essence of Chinese cuisine with modern culinary innovation. It features high-quality abalone and sea cucumber, paired with nourishing fish maw, simmered into a rich broth. Each mouthful is a modern interpretation of traditional flavors, warm and satisfying.
