Meat Lovers’ Paradise Savvy Introduces Premium Teppanyaki Wagyu

Every Saturday and Sunday from 6pm to 10pm, guests can take a front-row seat at the teppanyaki-style counter in SAVVY’s modern dining room and enjoy the premium Australian Wagyu Sirloin Steak or US Wagyu Hanging Tender, both of which have been specially selected by Chef. The steaks are prepared on the iron griddle a la minute so that guests can immerse themselves in a multisensory culinary experience.
The Australian Premium Wagyu Sirloin is renowned for its fine marbling and buttery texture. The backyard steakhouse menu offers this sirloin in three sizes: 180g, 250g and 300g, priced at $398, $498 and $598 *respectively. Guests can also opt for the juicy and luxurious US Wagyu Hanging Tender (200g), a melt-in-the-mouth steak that boasts a robust and meaty flavour, which priced at $388*. Whichever steak that guests order, SAVVY’s expert chefs grill the beef teppanyaki-style over an open flame, ensuring that each piece is cooked to perfection.
SAVVY has also prepared three special sauces to go with the premium steaks. The Sarawak Black Pepper Sauce brings a uniquely spicy flavour, while the Cepes Mushroom Sauce carries aromatic and nutty notes. The sweet and fruity Red Wine, Onion & Shingo Pear Sauce, meanwhile, also makes for a perfect accompaniment to the beef. To complete the backyard steakhouse experience, the menu also includes unlimited servings of curly fries. Guests can also add $200 per person to enjoy unlimited access to the fresh salads and cold cuts buffet*.
