From 1 to 31 December 2024, Niccolo Suzhou features a colour palette of magic blue and inspired silver, dressing up the Christmas Bear in a new winter costume, while also launching the 「Wonderland」N Afternoon Tea and the eight-course Christmas Eve dinner. To make the festive season even more ambient and ceremonial, Hotel invites guests to a rich and colourful blue magic moment above the clouds.

「Wonderland」N Afternoon Tea (1 December 2024 – 31 December 2024)
The 「Wonderland」N Afternoon Tea set is created by the pastry team of Niccolo Suzhou, featuring a festive ambience of fun elements, priced at CNY 688, inclusive of five bespoke savoury dishes and holiday-themed desserts, as well as a selection of coffee and tea. Hazelnut Éclairs, along with Matcha Tiramisu in the shape of a Christmas tree, Blueberry Macaron, delicate and lovely Hazelnut Cocoa Balls and Vanilla Blueberry Custard Cake are also on offer. In addition, the afternoon tea set includes Bird's Nest Papaya Blue Beauty, a Christmas ‘Popcorn’ Box, Black Pepper Crab Meat Puff, Pan-fried Taro Cake and other giveaways.

Guests can also upgrade their indulgence with 10g of premium caviar with blinis and two glasses of special mocktails for an additional charge.

Niccolo-Style 8-Course Christmas Eve Dinner (24 December 2024)
On the glittering Christmas Eve, Niccolo Kitchen presents an eight-course Western-style dinner that captures the tenderness of time. The set menu is priced from CNY 2,388 for two adults.

The first course of the set menu features Horse Hairy Crab with Caviar, a melt-in-the mouth dish that blends delectable ingredients, taking guests' taste buds on a delightful journey. Fresh abalone is wrapped up in thick, non-fat black truffle turkey meat, dipped in the chef's homemade curry sauce, offering a taste that is tangy and flavourful, taking the ritual of eating turkey on Christmas Day in full circle. The set menu also includes a silky and flavoursome Chestnut Pumpkin Soup, Yoghurt Ice Cream and the classic Buttered Maine Lobster. In addition, the chef also selects New Zealand venison, which is marinated and then slow-cooked at a low temperature to give the meat a rich aroma and is accompanied by pan-fried foie gras and fresh morel mushrooms, allowing the colourful and delicious flavours to explode in the mouth. Last but not least, the perfect finale is brought to you by the creativity of the chef's Christmas Apple Tart and Petit Fours, making your Christmas Eve dinner with your loved ones even sweeter.
