Showcasing Eastern and Western cuisines, Niccolo Kitchen is a culinary theatre where chefs present authentic cooking styles and tastes. Inspired by Marco Polo’s journey of world exploration, Niccolo Kitchen welcomes guests aboard an exciting culinary odyssey to discover delicious and classic dishes from the local scene and from all over the world, with skyline views to match.

Smoked Bone-in Prime Beef Ribs – When beef ribs and smoke meet, a wonderful chemical reaction occurs, and with over ten hours of preparation, every minute of waiting is worth it. Guests can experience the chef's passion through the dish, tantalised by the tender and juicy beef ribs, starting with the unforgettable first bite.

Fish & Fries – A classic revisited. Golden and crunchy, this national dish from the UK is not just a food, but also a symbol of simple pleasures and the warmth of home. Instead of the usual cod, the chef's team uses MSC halibut, incorporating the concept of sustainability into the dish, where every bite is a fresh and delicious gift from the ocean.

Cod Fish Tortellini with Mascarpone – Oftentimes, food is like a symbol that holds precious memories. Chinese dumplings are famous all over the world, and so are Italian dumplings. The Cod Fish Tortellini are coloured with squid ink and immersed in rich lobster bisque. After tasting, it feels like you're in an Italian village bursting with vibrant Mediterranean flavour.

Wagyu M9 + Oyster Blade – M9+ Oyster Blade Steak from Australia has a delicate texture, rich aroma, moderate fat, and tender and juicy meat. With a tendon in the middle, the steak blends tenderness and ‘crunchiness’, resulting in a particularly rich texture. Together with grilled cane shoots, every bite is satisfying.

Napoleon | Rum Raisin Ice Cream – Desserts always heal the soul. The complex preparation process, the richness of the filling between the pastry, the first bite that gently crumbles, and the dense and delicate blend of rum raisin ice cream release a sense of pleasure.
