Bell Attendant

Niccolo Changsha

Responsibility

  • Attendant to hotel main entrance and Niccolo Insider counter to greet and assist guests at all times.
  • Control the traffic at the hotel front entrance area, ensure hotel is well represented at the hotel main entrance.
  • Actively assist all guests in the lobby pertaining to luggage delivery during guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Ensure the safe delivery of all hotel and guest items to the stipulated destinations and maintain proper hotel records of the delivery information according to hotel policy and procedures.
  • Well know city information and hotel information, familiar with and updated IFS promotion information, provide assistance and directions to all hotel patrons.
  • Assist the Niccolo Insider Shift Leader when the Niccolo Insider counter is busy and ensure all guest requests are met with satisfaction.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3 years’ college education or hospitality related qualifications.
  • Hotel Bell Services experience preferred.
  • Good oral English. Good guest contact skill and service manner, able to communicate with all levels. Possess good physical fitness and health.
