This exquisite four-dish platter of Sichuan origin is a combination of fresh, pungent and spicy flavours. Double-boiled Chicken with Pine Mushroom in Sichuan Style, representing classic Sichuan cuisine, is made up of a double-boiled chicken cooked in a rich matsutake broth that gives rise to a velvety and nourishing soup. One of Chaozhou's most famous traditional dishes, Boiled Pork, Shrimp and Flatfish in Chinese Cabbage, looks simple and unadorned, but hides a great deal of culinary expertise, which makes it light but not bland, with a fresh flavour. A creative fusion of Chinese dripping-fried chicken skin with Caviar and raw split crab meat stuffed in crab shell, allow guests to enjoy a unique flavour and sensory experience. A bowl of traditional Cantonese sweetened ginger milk melts in your mouth and is paired with silky bird's nest, full of surprises and offering a long aftertaste.
