Swissline launched its new Cell Shock Luxe-Lift Night Cream in September, a skincare product equipped with intelligent targeting technology to awaken collagen self-regeneration against the clock. The themed concept of a "Collagen Museum" also demonstrates Swissline's iteration and renewal in the field of collagen as well as the glamour of biotechnology skincare. Laem, the Executive Pastry Chef of Niccolo Suzhou, used this as a signal of inspiration (and a design element) to infuse the afternoon tea dessert with collagen energy, creating a new experience of luxury for the taste buds. The new co-branding afternoon tea set is priced at CNY 688, inclusive of five tailor-made savouries, six Swissline-themed desserts, two types of scones, three pass-around and selected coffee or tea. Guests can also indulge in 10g of premium Caviar with Blinis and two glasses of Niccolo Prosecco for an additional CNY 100.

Tailor-made savouries - Mini Pâte with pickled mushroom, Éclairs with smoked salmon and pearl caviar, Black truffle mortadella pastry and Mango king prawn tartare. Foie gras, marinated in milk for 12 hours, is made into a mousse wrapped in pink grapefruit jelly and served with a ginger brioche and raspberry powder.
Themed desserts - Golden lemon yuzu cake, Guava cream brioche, Red velvet cake. Dessert consists of Rose-shaped Tiramisu that is filled with strawberry and rose, while Avocado bird’s nest in a Swissline Cell Shock shape is on offer, this is a low-calorie and refreshing dessert with a translucent texture.
