Continental Club Floor Manager

Responsibility

  • Ensure the smooth running of daily Reception and Continental Club Lounge operations
  • Be actively involved in training, discipline and counselling for Continental Club Floor colleagues to maintain the hotel's service standards
  • Responsible for the administrations of GHA updates and submission of reports
  • Handle guest complaints/requests to the satisfaction of the guests' needs and to the benefit of the hotel
  • Interact with guests to obtain feedback and follow-up to ensure all guests are enjoying their stay at the Continental Club Floor
  • Contribute ideas to improve the service standards of the Continental Club Floor

Qualifications

  • Tertiary Education in Hotel related fields
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Front Office in an international hotel
  • Good written and oral proficiency in the English language, another language proficiency would be advantageous
  • Able to interact well with all levels
  • Must possess good guest contacts skills with analytical mind and problem solving ability
