Duty Manager

Responsibility

  • Maintain daily hotel log record for all happenings in the hotel when on duty, and ensure all hotel service standards are executed up to hotel and guests' expectations in the daily operations
  • Be responsible for ensuring the well-being and security of guests, guests' properties and hotel properties at all times
  • Establish regular and continual contacts with in-house guests and handle all guest requests and complaints to the satisfaction of guests' expectations without conflicting the interest of the hotel
  • Work closely with all departments to provide a level of service compatible to guest and hotel expectations throughout the day and night shifts

Qualifications

  • Tertiary Education in Hotel related fields
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Front Office in an international hotel
  • Good written and oral proficiency in the English language, another language proficiency would be advantageous
  • Able to interact well with all levels
  • Must possess good guest contacts skills with analytical mind and problem solving ability
