Cold Dish Chef De Partie

Responsibility

  • Prepare items according to recipes/menu.
  • Prepare top-quality menu of items in a timely manner.
  • Taste food to ensure proper preparation.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
  • Prepare, process, serve and store food in respect to HACCP guidelines and Legal Hygiene bureau rules and regulations, in respect to hotel Policies and kitchen operating procedures.
  • Produce food with highest level of care, attention to details and passion. Take great care in seasoning, marinating, cutting and portioning techniques, food presentation and taste.
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by your superiors.

Qualifications

  •  Junior high school degree.
  • HACCP program or ISO 22000 A plus.
  • Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline is an asset.
  • Minimum of 4 Years Experience in international 5 Star hotels or High-end Establishments.
  • Proficiency in written & Spoken Chinese is a must.
