Responsibility
- Prepare items according to recipes/menu.
- Prepare top-quality menu of items in a timely manner.
- Taste food to ensure proper preparation.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
- Prepare, process, serve and store food in respect to HACCP guidelines and Legal Hygiene bureau rules and regulations, in respect to hotel Policies and kitchen operating procedures.
- Produce food with highest level of care, attention to details and passion. Take great care in seasoning, marinating, cutting and portioning techniques, food presentation and taste.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by your superiors.
Qualifications
- Junior high school degree.
- HACCP program or ISO 22000 A plus.
- Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline is an asset.
- Minimum of 4 Years Experience in international 5 Star hotels or High-end Establishments.
- Proficiency in written & Spoken Chinese is a must.
