The entry dish Pan-fried White Eel with Shiwan Rice Wine by Chinese chefs team, not with the traditional steamed with black bean sauce, but innovated cooked with the local Foshan Shiwan Rice Wine, make the eel meat golden, smooth and light pleasant aromas, won the award of Most Famous Dish.
